Confirming the valuable elements in QA-CER Recycled Content, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation has elected the certificate as a Pilot Project.

The Ellen MacArthur Foundation was founded in 2010 and aims to accelerate transition to a circular economy. This foundation has become a worldwide recognized knowledge center for this theme. To this end, the organization works with philanthropic and knowledge partners from the private and public sectors.

Each year, the organization selects valuable projects that it thinks they can contribute to the circular economy. The 6 criteria that such a project must meet are:

• passes in the circular character of the new economy
• contribute to cooperation and involve extra parties in the circular economy
• provide useful information that may lead to improvements in the use of recycled materials in products
• be sufficiently mature
• have sufficient focus

BQA is pleased that the Ellen MacArthur Foundation has discovered these valuable elements in QA-CER Recycled Content and expects this selection to be positive on the scheme itself and to you who endorse this scheme.
