To inform the certification body

In order to be able to carry out a correct audit and in line with the requirements of BELAC, please inform BQA within 10 days of any change to:

• the (legal aspects of the) corporate structure
• the scope of the management system
• the activities
• the number of sites
• the number of employees (including temporary and in FTE)
